Terms and Conditions

Please read the following conditions carefully as they form the acceptance for all bookings. These conditions apply to all holiday bookings made through

Jindabyne and Snowy Mountains Accommodation Centre - ABN 24 544 141 765, BN83420154, Hereafter referred to as the company.

 

     
GST - is applicable and as required by the Australian Tax Offixe has been included in the cost of services, currently 10%. Please note that not all suppliers are required to be registered for GST and it cannot be assumed that a price automatically includes GST.    
Deposits - A deposit of 50% of the total booking price is required on booking or within 7 days of the booking being made. Any deposit not received within 7 days may be cancelled without notice. On the receipt of the deposit confirmation will be sent.    
Balance Due - All bookings can require balances to be paid up to 60 days prior to arrival depending on the accommodation service provider.     
Cancellation Policy - Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur up to a 15% cancellation fee - depending upon the accommodation provider. Bookings cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% of total invoice value cancellation fee. Bookings Cancelled within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% of invoice value cancellation fee.    
Amendment Fee - A $50.00 fee is applied to any amendments made to bookings. If the amendment involves changing properties, this will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply, unless the company is able to re-let the accommodation for the same period of time.
